Remote Support
GazGuzla offers Remote Support Services for Telecommuters. Remote Network and PC Technical Support is a way to cheaply configure, maintain, repair or upgrade your Network, PC’s, and other Infrastructure. Using PayPal, you pre-pay pay a fee for only the services you need, when you need them, without a costly maintenance contract. Service is performed using your preference of Phone, IM, or Remote Control. Typical Users of Remote Support:
- New Telecommuters or less technical users
- Encountered a problem they can’t resolve.
- Limited time to support themselves.
You can also ship an item for repair, configuration, or maintenance, if you prefer.
How Remote Support works
There is no service contract, just a pre-paid fee through PayPal. PayPal is a good way to establish trust by working as a middle man to escrow and secure payments. Fill out the Contact Form, and specify what you need, how you want to be contacted, and the time you want Service. Once your Request is reviewed, you will be notified via email if Support Support can be provided, with attached payment instructions. You can get a good idea of what can be supported from the information on this site. You will be contacted at the time you specified on the contact form. At that point you make Payment, once Payment is received, work begins.
What is Remote Control?
Remote Control way to gain access to your PC and Network to perform maintenance, repair, and upgrade services. You grant access, sit back and watch every move. When work is completed, you close the connection.
Pricing
- $40 per Remote Support Session.
- A typical Session lasts one hour or less.
- The session lasts until resolution, however short or long.
- If additional work is required or requested, additional charges will be added via PayPal during the work period.
Support Hours
- Days - Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Evenings and Weekends - Scheduled in Advance with the Contact Form
