Flash Drives are a convenient, cheap way to backup your data, provided you remember to do it. An application called SyncBack can automate the backups and perform a synchronization of your files and folders. SyncBack has many options including:
- Backup and Restore. You can drill down directories to include or exclude folders and files, and perform incremental backups by date. Backups can be run on a schedule, or manually.

- Password protect, FTP, ZIP and email with both options.
- Write to Flash, Disk, and CD/DVD Media
Flash and External Drives can be purchased at the Store.
